Privacy notice
Starlight Servers is a fictional company and this site is part of the NetGodz game. Nothing here is real, nothing is for sale, and no job exists. Everything on this site — the facilities, the network, the requisitions, the salary bands in credits — is written for a game. The one exception to the fiction is this notice, which is literally true.
What we collect
Exactly one form on this site accepts input: the application form at the bottom of a requisition page. It collects four things.

What we deliberately do not collect
No CV or file upload. No postal address. No telephone number. No date of birth. No identification or right-to-work documents. No nationality, residency or financial information. No payment details of any kind. No screening of any sort is performed on anybody, despite what the careers pages say — the "screening tiers" described there are fiction and no background check exists.
The form will not accept those things because the fields do not exist. If you type sensitive personal information into the message box anyway, please do not; if you already have, ask us to delete it and we will.
Where it goes
Submissions go to the NetGodz game team. They are used to reply to you and for nothing else. They are not sold, not shared with third parties, not used for advertising, and not used to build a profile of you. They are not passed to any real employer, because there is no real employer.
How long we keep it
Twelve months from submission, then deleted. You can ask for deletion sooner and we will do it — that request is honoured, and unlike the fictional archive described elsewhere on this site, deletion here is real and a procedure for it exists.
Cookies and tracking
None. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads no third-party scripts, embeds no fonts from anywhere else, and carries no advertising or tracking pixels. It is a set of static files. Your browser will make one request per page and nothing will follow you afterwards.
Server logs
The web server that serves these files keeps ordinary access logs — IP address, time, page requested, user agent — for a short period, for security and to know whether anything is broken. They are not linked to form submissions and are not used to identify anyone.
Children
We do not knowingly collect information from children. If a child has sent us something, tell us and it will be deleted.
Your rights, and how to use them
Ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion. There is no verification process because there is barely any data: quote the reference number the form gave you, or the email address you used, and we will act on it. Requests go to the NetGodz team.
